WARNING: THIS CYLINDER WEIGHS AROUND 13 STONE AND IS APPROXIMATELY 5 FEET TALL. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO LIFT AND WILL REQUIRE AT LEAST 2 PEOPLE TO DO SO. A TROLLEY IS RECOMMENDED.
This L Size Helium Hire Cylinder comes with a hire nozzle and includes an eight-week rental period. It is available for collection from your local depot. To collect on the same day as your order, please place your order before 1pm. For next working day collection, orders must be placed before 4pm. Collections are available Monday to Friday only. You must return the cylinder to the same depot from which it was collected. The cylinder dimensions are as follows:
- Volume (m3) = 12.98 cubic metres.
- Height (approx.) = 1.52m / 5ft
- Diameter (approx.) = 230mm
- Pressure Bar = 300
The XL size contains 12.98 cubic metres of helium and can fill:
- Up to 1855 x 9" latex balloons (based on 9" Qualatex latex) or,
- Up to 1300 x 10" latex balloons (based on 10" Belbal latex) or,
- Up to 930 x 11" latex balloons (based on 11" Belbal latex) or,
- Up to 865 x 12" latex balloons (based on 12" Belbal latex) or,
- Up to 305 x 16" latex balloons (based on 16" Qualatex latex) or,
- Up to 865 x 18" foil balloons (based on 18" Qualatex Round foils).
The rental cost after the initial eight-week period is £22.50 + VAT per four-week period for both the cylinder and the inflator. If you have your own inflator, the rental cost after the initial eight weeks is £11.80 + VAT per four-week period. These cylinders do not come with a gauge, so if you plan to use a cylinder regularly, we recommend purchasing a Universal Filling Kit with Gauge to monitor the remaining helium each time you use it.
