This exquisite black and gold tassel garland is a fantastic method to give your creations a distinctive final touch. Employ it as a garland, a tail for decorations, or as an embellishing feature in your projects. Assembly of the tassel garland is required (easy-to-follow instructions are Supplied) allowing you to customise its use!
